An 18-year- old apprentice identified as Georgina Agyeman has met her untimely death at Anwiankwanta In Bekwai Municipal of Ashanti Region following a suspected brutal gang rape in a doggy style by the perpetrators.
According to sources, the deceased died in the process of raping .
The lady was found with pants strangled her neck , the buttocks facing the sky and her jeans trousers partly removed, with blood stains on her vagina and on the floor where she was forced to kneel in an uncompleted building at Abenkyim , a surburb of Anwiankwanta in the Bekwai Municipal.
The deceased wasn’t able to return home after she closed from work on Friday evening, the family and members searched in vain for her in the area and the surrounding and was found dead in an uncompleted building on Saturday evening at 4pm.
Tension gripped the area following the incident, with the peoples alleging that it is unsafe for women in the community to venture out after sunset .
The deceased has been sent to Bekwai Municipal Government hospital for autopsy, no arrests have been made as of yet
