On the night of Sunday, March 24, 2024, popular Ghanaian actor and comedian, Benson Nana Yaw Oduro Boateng, professionally known as Funny Face was involved in a fatal accident at Kasoa Kakraba junction.
According to sources on the ground, his car run through several pedestrians and casualties were reported. Earlier reports also suggested that one person had lost her life and the police had arrested the ‘Children President’ for drunk driving.
However, according to pop culture journalist and TV host, Emmanuel Kwame Sarpong, also known as Olele Salvador, no one died in the accident and victims involved in the unfortunate incident are receiving and responding to treatment at Kasoa Polyclinic.
Olele further made known that the people who were involved in the accident included a grandmother, her 2 grand kids and 2 other motorcyclists
