Twenty individuals have sustained injuries owing to a road accident between a Sprinter bus and a Toyota Hilux.

The incident happened at the La Trade Fair Cross-over junction in Accra on Wednesday morning, October 11.

In a Facebook post, the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) noted that rescue crews from Trade Fair and Headquarters responded to the incident.

The cause of the incident is yet to be confirmed and made known to the public.

But currently, one of the injured individuals is receiving treatment at the Family Health Hospital, while the other 19 are being treated at the Police Hospital.
